Dolomite non-volatile sugar is a fine, white, flavoured powder which is suitable for sprinkling on confectionery and bakery products. It has the particular advantage of retaining its texture and compact surface. It is free of colouring agents and chemical additives. The product contains fats that dissolve on hot products and thus lose the desired effect of a permanent white surface.
Ingredients: dextrose, sugar, vegetable hydrogenated fats (palm kernel, coconut, babassu), wheat starch, flavouring.
Warning: Do not sprinkle on hot products that have just come out of the oven ( max. 25°C).
