How To Use: This product can be used as a filling or topping for cakes and pastries. Before use, thaw in the chiller (temperature between 2 degrees Celsius to 7 degrees Celsius) until completely dissolved, pour the liquid topping cream into the chilled bowl. Whip at medium or high speed until peaks form and the topping pulls away from the side of the bowl. Whipped products must be refrigerated and can be frozen.
